Covid-19 Cases are rising in all 50 states of the United States of America. Health Officials are saying its clear that people that aren’t vaccinated are at the most risk and they are the ones that keep Covid-19 cases sky-rocketing.
Dr. Rochelle, from US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, says that “This is becoming a pandemic of the unvaccinated. “We are seeing outbreaks of cases in parts of the country that have low vaccination coverage because unvaccinated people are at risk. Communities that are fully vaccinated are generally faring well.”
According to the White House coronavirus coordinator, Jeff Zients, only four states made up 40% of the Covid-19 cases this week, “with one in five cases occurring in Florida alone.”
Dr. Rochelle Walensky says, “Our biggest concern is that we are going to continue to see preventable cases, hospitalizations and, sadly, deaths among the unvaccinated”.
Dr. Fauci said that “The bottom line is we are dealing with a formidable opponent in the Delta variant,” and then later adds, “extreme vulnerability.”
